This project began with an unexpected twist. A real estate client reached out for a platform development, and during our conversation, we discovered we had once worked at the same company, just at different times. Having spent eight years in this field, we immediately connected on a professional level.

The Challenge

The client was creating a marketplace for Phuket’s real estate market, aiming to connect three key players:

• Developers upload available plots, residential complexes, villas, and condos.
• Agents work with the secondary market, curate selections, and send them to clients.
• Buyers search for properties using filters or browse pre-made selections.

Rapid Execution

Thanks to our deep understanding of the real estate sector and the Glide Apps technology, we built a functional product in just one month. The PWA app features a responsive design, intuitive interface, and English language support.

Expanding the Vision

The success of the initial version inspired further enhancements. We introduced a White Label solution for agencies, widgets for developers’ Telegram channels, and additional filters tailored to the Thai market (Hotel license, EIA approved).

Outcome

A chance encounter between two professionals led to the creation of a platform that filled a crucial gap in the Thai real estate market. Coincidence? Perhaps. But these “accidents” often lead to the best results when like-minded people collaborate.

What started as a one-month MVP evolved into a powerful business tool, connecting developers, agents, and buyers in a unified ecosystem. Thanks to this, the project is continuing to grow.
