Challenge

A leading uro-oncologist came to us with a serious issue: his patients often missed critical lab tests, and their families struggled to track deadlines. As a result, doctors lacked up-to-date data to adjust treatment plans on time. To solve this, we needed to build a clear and reliable communication channel between patients, their families, and doctors — with reminders, medical history tracking, real-time alerts, and the ability to react immediately to changes.

Solution

We developed a mobile application that fully transformed the patient-doctor interaction. Previously, the entire process relied on manual communication: missed tests, lost results, and long delays in treatment adjustments.

We automated all critical touchpoints:
