An AI-based call center that communicates freely on specified topics in real-time with a 1-second delay, handles objections, and extracts information from a database. Implemented using Deepgram, Groq, and Elevenlabs. The voice is synthesized based on the real voice of the client, imitating their pronunciation and accent.

When AI Took the Call: Our iGaming Experiment

It all began with an idea that seemed like a fantasy to many: creating an AI-powered call center where robots don’t just read scripts, but actually engage in real conversations, handle objections, and persuade. This wasn’t just a dream – we made it happen.
